About Me
Hi, I'm Tom, i'm a UX Director, Product Designer and team lead. I've helped lead product teams at blue-chip brands, startups and scale-ups from all over the world as well as running my own digital design agency for 7 years. After living and working in London I moved to Denmark in 2017. In Copenhagen I’m building on my experience with product management, teams and design thinking. Scaling and building Product Design teams across global startups. Since 2002 I’ve worked with a broad spectrum of global brands, products, and challenger-start-ups across every digital channel, as well as running my own 20-person digital agency for seven years. Within the last ten years I’ve moved into team lead and managerial roles, building teams and ensuring world-beating design work can be delivered at scale. I have a strong focus on design ops, tooling, talent pipelines, shipping quality design and UX as well as encouraging a strong innovation mindset amongst my teams.
