A Modern Agile fanatic, I enable teams and organizations to be high-performing through coaching, process inspection, culture, visual thinking and play. I have over 10 years experience working in software design, front & backend engineering, having worked with startups and large enterprises in the health, media and financial industry where my knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and LESS have been brought to bear. I am the author of the book, Good Morning! How To Hack Your Morning And Win The Rest Of The Day. Lessons on using some of the Agile methods I have learned to run my personal life and projects. All of that to say: I help development teams DELIVER VALUE CONTINUOUSLY while encouraging them to EXPERIMENT AND LEARN RAPIDLY. We focus on MAKING SAFETY A PREREQUISITE. None of these would make any sense if we are not MAKING THE TEAMS and their end-users AWESOME. My approach: - Help people and organizations see people as people NOT RESOURCES. - Help businesses see work as work- any form of work is work. - Help team members break down work into the smallest bits while identifying VALUE TO DELIVERY. - Help the Product Owners to identify and communicate the highest priority of value to be delivered - Use games and fun activities as a tool for learning. As a servant-leader, I have learned that patience, play and storytelling are invaluable tools for any type of change.
