About Me
With 20 years of experience spanning hands-on design to design strategy, designOps, and integrating design into critical paths, I recognize the potential for design to effect positive change and improve lives. My core belief is in making a tangible difference in the world by contributing to a better, safer, and simpler global community. I believe in creating the right conditions for designers to thrive in an inclusive environment that encourages participation and input from all team members. Starting out as a Graphic Designer, before building design teams across many facets of design including UX Service Design and CX, with HCD running through it all.
