About Me
I am passionate mentor, innovator, researcher and performer with 22 years of teaching experience. My major areas of research interests include Advance Manufacturing Processes, Friction welding, Response Surface Methodology, Design of Experiments, Product Design, Ergonomics, etc. I have published 6 research papers in reputed international journals and presented 10 papers in International/National conferences. I am currently reviewer in reputed International journals like SAGE Part E: Journal of Process Mechanical Engineering, Journal of the Brazilian Society of Mechanical Sciences and Engineering (Springer), Journal of King Saud University-Engineering Sciences, etc. I have successfully completed one NCDPD (Under Ministry of Textiles) funded (Cost 1.8 Lacs) project on Development of ADDA (Metal Frame) used by Zari Zardozi Artisans. I have guided/mentored several student projects of B Tech/ M Tech. The project titled Reformation of waste plastic into useful structure mentored by me has received an award under Best Project Implementation category in e-Yantra Ideas Competition (eYIC 2019-20). I got Second position in Pilot Hackathon on 30th June,2021 for Lucknow Region on the product “Chikankari and Zari Zardozi” organized by Dr Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow under the promotion of the “One District One Product” (ODOP) scheme of UP Government to strengthen the people involved in micro, small and medium enterprises of the state.
