About Me
Designer, leader, onion peeler. I have a passion for serving others. I’m excited by words, music, technology, and making—of all kinds—for the greater good. I've been practicing human-centered design since 2008. Working in adaptive and accessible technology inspired me to put my time and energy into making products and services work better for humans of all stripes. I'm currently leading product design and experience research across Convoy's transportation services marketplace. I’m most interested and motivated by projects that attempt to make the world a better place in some small—or big!—way. I have had the honor to research, design, and ship products and services in education, healthcare, government. Currently woodshedding in transportation-logistics. Open to mentoring in early-phase product development, design and research in a startup environment, design leadership, team culture and operations, building for complex problem spaces (enterprise, marketplace).
