With 10 years of formation in Service Design and Product Design, I could be an autodidact to follow and contribute to the growth of the community of Service Design in Brazil. Acting for various innovation consulting, I carry out many projects for the financial, agricultural, telecommunication, and automotive areas, helping to design better experiences with interactions and collaboration between stakeholders and seeking new business opportunities. Enthusiastic of the Social Sciences, I started the movement to merge my professional experience with the academy, applying deliveries of design for the development of my master thesis. With this expertise combined, I can work in product development in all phases of conception and implementation.
