About Me
I am Senior Lead- Experience Designer working with a Multi-national design studio around the globe. I have around 2+ years of experience in this field and have worked with brands like Mercedes Benz, Vanguard, Ikea, Volvo cars, L'Oreal Paris for creating groundbreaking experiences for them. These projects included my efforts right from the strategy phase, discovery client requirements, conducting workshops, stakeholder research and then designing for the real users followed by Usability testing. I have also developed Data Visualisation and Digital Accessibility skills along the way and currently lead the projects and business development that come for these domains in my current organization. I had multiple experiences of mentoring the freshers that join our organization and guiding them through the path of UX during their training period. I have lead team of 3-4 people in my projects and delivered Human experiences. Since I have also taken multiple interviews for the new joinees, I can understand what the recruiters look for while hiring and can guide the people based on my knowledge. I have an high passion and interest to guide people and bring the best out of them.
