About Me
I'm Roberto, an Italian multidisciplinary designer living in Ireland for a while now. I'm currently creating learning experiences at Personio. Previously, I covered a similar role and managed a team of Instructional Designers at Zendesk, where I worked for 9 years. I have been in the design industry for over 20 years, doing Brand Design, Web Design, UI, Video Editing, Screenprinting, and more. I also taught Design at the university and in private institutes. I hold a Master's in Multimedia Design. I love typography and cinema. I'm interested in user/learning experience and digital innovation. I'm also experimenting extensively with AI these days. I've been featured in blog posts and a guest at virtual events and podcasts. In 2024, I've been a top 1% mentor on ADPList.
