With a formidable tenure of over a decade within the design universe, my journey took an insightful turn in 2019 when I deliberately shifted my professional trajectory towards UX Research and Strategy. ” I am a UX Practitioner hailing from India. I boast a robust 10-year track record in the realm of digital transformation. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege to engage with diverse global enterprise projects spanning various domains, including Banking and finance, eDiscovery, Network Security, Edutech, eCommerce, Travel & Hospitality, and US Healthcare. I began my career back in 2012 as a Software Engineer - UX UI. I underwent significant transitions to ultimately realise my career aspiration as a UX Researcher. My professional experiences have not only honed my skills as a team player but also allowed me to assume a mentoring role. Furthermore, I possess the ability to transcend functional boundaries to foster a collaborative work environment.
