With over 10 years of experience working with software as a service (SaaS), I'm a seasoned user experience designer and human behaviour analyst. I've spent the last five years working for a SaaS product provider, where I've felt both pushed and at ease. I'm a data-driven UX designer with experience leading end-to-end UX processes such as efficient UX process setup, design system setup, qualitative and quantitative user research, market research, product design decision-making, ideation, creating user flows, prototyping, validation, UX metrics setup, and UX analytics. My primary strategy is to turn user problems into design challenges and to develop new and useful solutions that will enhance the productive and fulfilled lives of individuals.
