With over 20 years of creative expertise spanning digital, performance marketing, large-scale events and traditional advertising, I excel at building and developing creative teams to produce exceptional work. Moreover, I have long experience in communication and program/event coordination with strong emphasis on client experience, customer retention, and presentation of brand. During my journey, I’ve managed and motivated interdisciplinary teams and built brands from the ground up, worn every hat on the rack, and leapt tall buildings in a single bound. I hold a bachelor degree in Visual Arts and a master degree in Communication, and currently pursuing my PhD degree in Mass Communication at Universiti Putra Malaysia.
