Design Leader / Ux researcher With over 15 plus of experience in the Design industry, I have a proven track record of enabling and leading UX teams for several companies like Hexagon, IBM, Zensar Technologies & Satyam Computers by transforming Ux into a self-sustained UX team with mature UX practice that delivers value, driven by core business metrics. I am passionate, pragmatic, articulate, affable, and a team player with a good sense of humour. I successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams to get work done. As a Design Leader, I’ve been a front runner for the team, instrumental in establishing, driving and articulating a UX vision to the responsible for the team's career growth. I insist the team move from their comfort zone by delegating them specific challenging goals by time to time.
