About Me
I am an experienced UX designer with a passion for using design to make a difference. I have close to a decade of experience in B2C and B2B products, and I have a proven track record of increasing Engagement, Satisfaction, Retention, and Adoption of digital products. I am an expert in a variety of UX methods, including Design Thinking, UX strategy, User Research, Interaction Design, Design Influence, Research Ops, Design Ops, UX workshops. I am a leader and team player with a proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes. Currently, I am Design Leader at Blackstone-backed EduTech company Simplilearn, leading UX design for all the product verticals: Growth Product (websites and subdomains), Platform Product (LMS, enterprise, and admin), and Freemium (skillups and free resources). I also mentor young designers and help them grow their careers. I am excited to continue using my skills and experience to create products that make people's lives better. I believe that design can be a powerful tool for problem-solving, communication and social impact. I am committed to using my skills to make a positive difference in the world.
