About Me

I’m your a-typical, entrepreneurial product design leader. Others generally describe me as a forward thinker, authentic, passionate and entrepreneurial. I am dedicated, analytical, pragmatic and it's the challenge that intrinsically motivates me to push the boundaries for myself and those around me. My recipe isn't very secret: I put people first and build a culture around intent-based leadership. I use continuous mindfulness to explore potential in people, products and opportunity around me. I currently lead the organization responsible for the design of the Adyen platform. Available to chat about career coaching, design sprints, stakeholder management, design theory and usability!
