Estoy aquí para ustedes, dispuesta a compartir conocimientos y experiencias en nuestro idioma. I'm passionate about teaching and driving Service Design forward in Spanish. My journey began at HP's offices post-high school, where I discovered a love for creativity and problem-solving, guiding me to become a service design and corporate culture expert. As a mentor, I emphasize the importance of presentation and sharing our work and learnings. My mentorship focuses on the fine arts of service design and enhancing visibility and self-promotion skills from the start of your career. I'll guide you in building a strong personal brand and using digital marketing strategies effectively to showcase your projects and progress. I run an independent studio named Bucle, specializing in IP Business alongside an Intellectual Property lawyer. Presently, I work as an instructional designer and design experiences for students and employees at universities like ITESO, focusing on service design.
