I'm Mollie Cox, and my journey in product design is a blend of hands-on leadership, a passion for education, and a commitment to mentoring the next generation of designers. My work revolves around elevating user experience through strategic design leadership, innovation, and fostering user-centered design cultures. In addition, I am an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I believe in equipping aspiring designers with the tools they need to thrive in the industry. My approach involves bridging the gap between theory and practical application, preparing students for the real challenges of the design world. My involvement extends beyond the classroom. I'm a speaker at design conferences, where I share insights with the collective wisdom of the design community. One of my recent speaking engagements was at ConveyUX in Seattle. Mentorship and collaboration are at the core of my philosophy.
