Milan Guenther

About Me

I co-founded Intersection Group (not for profit) and Enterprise Design Associates (consultancy), and more recently Teamenu (digital workplace SAAS startup). 12 years back, I launched a social software startup and designed a patented innovation for commercial flight decks. Today I work with enterprises of all shapes and sizes, to make them deliver and useful to people - like Google, SAP, Toyota, ThoughtWorks, OECD and the UN. My first book Intersection introduces this Enterprise Design approach, and I'm co-organising the Intersection conference series since 2014. I also contributed the book Enterprise Design Patterns and curate EDGY, an Open Source tool for co-creating better enterprises.
