About Me
Hi! I’m Malena, a digital art director, UX, and UI design lead based in Munich. With my broad experience, creative problem-solving, and people skills, I build smart solutions that help brands make a meaningful impact. Originally from Argentina, I graduated from Latin America’s premier design school, the University of Buenos Aires(UBA) School of Architecture, Design and Urbanism (FADU), in 2011. I’ve been working in digital design ever since, both as a freelancer and at various leading companies. In my current position, I usually lead and supervise several UX and UI design projects at the same time, end-to-end – from pitches to research and strategic planning to execution and implementation. I always take a human-centered approach and focus on user needs as much as those of my clients and teams, while never losing sight of business objectives, budgets, and technical feasibility. Whenever I have some spare time, I share these skills with young professionals as a career and design mentor at adplist.org and Designed.org.
