About Me
I am the Head of Design at PageUp and a co-founder at UXLions. For the last 15 years, I've been delivering innovative solutions to customer problems, while implementing a diverse collaborative culture and ‘Design Thinking’ methodology into the processes for some of the tech market leaders. I'm a driven Product and Designer leader, Strategist and Storyteller with over 15 years of experience delivering innovative solutions to customer problems while building a diverse collaborative culture and implementing human-centric design practices in different companies. My approach is to always start with exploration. When hiring a new person, coaching a team or joining an organisation, I begin by learning as much as I can to ensure my direction meets the specific needs and solve the problems people might not even know they have. I believe in building strong, diverse teams by hiring for cultural add and providing them with the right tools, coaching and support to become autonomous and solve the most valuable problems for both the business and the customer. I am a fast-moving, action-oriented and ever learning person. I always look for new opportunities to push myself, increase my knowledge and share it with those around me.
