About Me
I'm passionate about creating lovable products. I have more than 10 years of experience working as a designer, educator, and leader in some different businesses and projects, where I could create amazing products, and manage and develop people's skills. Currently, I'm working at XP Inc. as a Design Lead, where I'm responsible for strategic design decisions to scale asset management services products, working hands-on with a brilliant team of product designers. I’ve already worked with B2B and B2C mobile and desktop experiences, such as e-commerces, CRM, SaaS, White Label, and Multitenancy. I usually work close to agile teams with continuous discovery and problem-solving. Design Thinking, Lean Inception, Design Sprint, and Lean UX are some of my favorite methods. I’m the kind of person who loves facilitation, challenges, learning, and study, talking to people, and going beyond expectations.
