About Me

Senior product designer and product manager with web application development, user experience design, and marketing experience—over ten (10) years of designing and improving applications to meet user satisfaction and achieve business goals. I am a certified Scrum Master and a certified Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) practitioner and hold a graduate certificate in project management. My love for web application design led me to pursue my undergraduate education in multimedia design and computer science. In addition, my interest in project execution led me to pursue my graduate education in project management and organizational dynamics. Over my career, I worked on multiple web application projects funded by government agencies (state and federal) and international organizations such as the United Nations Development Program. As a product designer and manager with full-stack development skills, I participate in the entire design and development process, as required, from user research to product launch. On projects, I collaborate with teams to conduct user research, gather market information, conduct usability tests, prepare product roadmaps, and develop product strategies that increase adoption and retention. Within design and development teams, I work on improving design systems, designing user interactions, improving user experiences, and occasionally implementing front-end frameworks and designing database models.
