About Me

I bring a blend of human-centered design, UX strategy, and program leadership to digital product design while challenging my teams to embrace new levels of empathy, collaboration, and innovation. As a user experience designer and leader, my goal is to create digital experiences that improve people's lives, help people learn and make better decisions, and enable collaboration. I have designed and run projects with many excellent organizations, including Microsoft, ServiceNow, Kellogg's, T-Mobile, Marsh & McLennan, and WellCare, leading teams to discover insights and deliver websites and mobile applications for e-commerce, modern workplace and business application platforms, and knowledge management. Specialties: Experience design strategy, UX team leadership, ideation and concept development, user research, design thinking, interaction design, enterprise search, taxonomy and metadata governance, teaching and instruction design.
