I have more than 15 years of experience as a product designer bringing design led digital transformations to organisations. I have extensive experience in delivering value across cross-functional, multiple stakeholder, and distributed teams. My experiences include building and leading high performing product management teams - responsible for Product vision, business strategy, planning, research, execution, prioritising requirements and leveraging technology and data to support business functions and organisations vision. I have experience in design facilitation, running service design workshops, design thinking, hiring, mentoring and setting up design teams.
