I lead the UX Design team at Lenovo that focuses on emerging technologies. I have experience launching startups, designing medical devices, and creating disruptive innovations. I'm passionate about creating the best user experiences for everyone. My passion is to design inclusive technologies that reflect the diversity of the users who experience them. I focus on elevating product experiences, aligning corporate design strategies with business objectives, and identifying new market needs through user research. I am highly motivated in building diverse design teams that are inspired to create better technologies for everyone. I lead a global multi-disciplinary design team focused on emerging technologies such as virtual collaboration and mixed reality. I have worked for Fortune 500 companies, operated small businesses, and launched start-ups. From designing medical devices to augmented reality software, I have one pursuit: to create unique product experiences and have fun doing it.
