About Me
I'm a Design Leader with over 20 years of international experience across Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Over the years I have developed a deep interest and understanding of design methodologies, Agile/Lean and the overall process of product and service delivery. My strengths lie in building design teams who can effectively communicate and interpret business requirements and users needs with focus on strong collaborative design processes, user research and data when developing digital products and services. I have successfully managed teams delivering great experiences and services for a range of clients in the following sectors; Government, Telecommunication, Banking & Finance, Utility, Retail, Automotive. FMCG, Start-ups, Travel & Leisure and Healthcare
