I am a self-motivated cognitive designer and also a lifelong learner, focusing on Business Transformation via Customer Experience, Innovation, Digitalisation, & Sustainability. Design Thinking is my cup of tea. (IxDA Local Leader+ IDF Europe Manager+ Service Designer & Design Lead at Scania, Sweden) I am a self-motivated designer who loves innovation and sustainability. My passion is gluing design thinking to (Lean & Agile) UX and CX; thus bridging the gap between people and technology, humanization and digitalization, customers and brands, end-users and products or services by applying Human-Centered Design plus Planet-Centered Design via Systems & Design Thinking/Doing methods to improve the experiences! So, I focus on UCD and Sustainability by Design to align business strategies, and goals with customers' and end users' needs to (co-)create a win-win situation.
