With a total of 18+ years of experience and 13+ years in leading phenomenal design teams, across user experiences from Food, Fashion, Finance and now Education I design, prototype, test and iterate individually and collectively. Built teams, org structure and systems in upGrad, Limeroad, Tinyowl and HDFC Life My core ability is to hire and retain A+ design talents with very low attrition. Creating the right environments and building a muscle for constant measurement, jamming with teams and users for solutions.
