    Garrett helps teams to achieve their objectives by facilitating Design Thinking and Human Centred Design processes with an emphasis on insight based concepting and validation through prototyping and testing with real customers and users. He is currently Principal UX & Product Designer at Marino Software. He is also a faculty member of Talent Garden’s Innovation School and lectures to Masters students (NUIM) on the topics of User Research and Design.
