I help businesses better understand the full story of what a product(s) and service is and how it can be designed to improve people's lives in the real world and how it can be progressively delivered. My role is to provide the environment and conditions for teams to empower innovative, creative, viable, and desirable solutions. I support people as they explore current and future thinking to build their craft in the directions they care about while delivering the best outcomes possible. Sometimes, that implies sitting in uncomfortable spaces of ambiguity and problems together while bringing in best-practice approaches.
