About Me

Hi! My name is Fernanda :) I have a degree in Design, with a MA in Design Management, having dedicated the last 9 years to service and experience Design, research, and education. Specialist in Design thinking and user-centric solutions, I have worked with a variety of clients such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, Banco Bradesco, BTG+, OdontoPrev, among others, always focusing my work on designing the best experience for users, whether in the construction of their journeys, usability tests, personas or co-creation processes. Currently, I am employed as a UX Researcher at Modus Create, an American consultancy that specializes in digital transformation.
