About Me
As a product designer with a background in industrial design, and interaction design, my goal is always to design meaningful products, services and experiences that focus on ease of use and provide a seamless experience — one that is so intuitive the user doesn’t even recognise it. I am a mixed-method researcher with background in product design. I use various qualitative and qualitative research methods to understand users' needs, behaviours, and motivations to optimise product market fit and build successful products. I am particularly passionate about the intersection between humans behaviour and technology. Through applying qualitative user research, facilitating usability testing sessions, and using statistical data analysis, I developing user research reports, user personas, and journey maps that help organisations to deliver a meaningful experience for every moment that users interact with their products and services.
