About Me

I've been designing software, websites, appliances, devices, products, and services that are used by millions of people every day around the world. In addition, I've been working with user research, design thinking, UX strategy service design besides interaction design for global brands since 1995. I have been involved in digital business since the early 1990s and I have been designing software, websites, appliances, technological devices, and services that are used by millions of people every day around the world. In addiction, since that period I have worked with user research with mix methods, strategic design, consumer experience, service design besides interaction design for global brands. In the early 2000's, I was the pioneer for igniting Service Design, Design Thinking, UX, and Interaction Design movements in Latin America. I am a co-founder of Interaction Latin America Conference of IxDA (Interaction Design Association). Currently I’m leading Service Design Network initiative at the local market. Furthermore, since 2007, I'm the trailblazer lecturer of design thinking, service design and interaction design in Brazil. I co-founded the Faber-Ludens Institute, the first reference center on Interaction Design and UX (User Experience) in Brazil. I also launched the postgraduate program on Human-Centered Design at Positivo University, with two courses: Interaction Design and Service Design - this last one pioneer in Latin America.
