I've worked on the web since 1994 (yes, before the web was really the web!). I've been an information architect, webmaster, Interaction designer, ux designer and I've been a UX Researcher since 2005. I am an Atlanta-based user experience (UX) researcher who thrives on complex business, technological, and user problems. I'm passionate about understanding how people use mobile, desktop and self-service devices. My goal is to use the insights discovered via my research to make the internet-enabled world a better place to socialize, learn, and get things done.
