About Me
For the past seven years, I have been helping customer-focused companies increase sales and reduce costs through UX strategy and design. I have worked with companies around the globe to improve the user experience of websites, apps, and SaaS. In today's experience economy, successful businesses gain tremendous competitive advantage by providing exceptional user experience. This is my specialty. I am a product designer with some solid teeth-cutting experience and a host of projects under my belt. I usually go by many titles – interaction designer, digital designer, UX designer, creative ninja – but first and foremost my approach and point of view are user-centered. My craft skills are razor sharp; I can understand project needs with ease akin to swiping right or left in your favorite app; I am keen to learn and add value to everything I touch; becoming a trailblazer and thought the leader in my field is my obsession. And most importantly, I am absolutely passionate about creating digital experience and services that are as useful as desirable and improve peoples’ real lives.
