I have a broad range of experience as most designers do. Started off in an agency environment, then organically transitioned to a user-focused role. Now, I manage a small design team in an in-house start-up. Looking for advice (mainly on management) and also open to giving advice as well! Foremost, I am a determined, honest, and curious person. Therefore, I am passionate about creating impactful solutions that serve a purpose for people. Working closely with others and collaborating brings me energy while moments of isolation are necessary to define the particulars of a project. With a growing experience in marketing/advertising, working with clients/in-house, and team leadership, I am a willing contributor to all of these specialties. Whether there are tight deadlines or unrefined requirements, I can have conversations with people or improvise effectively so we have accomplished our goals.
