About Me
I have a background in visual design (+10 years) and 2 years in mobile apps. My role as a lead designer was transverse to conduct projects end to end in small companies or startup in France, Canada and USA. Now I work more and more on UX Design in Paris. In a competitive business of products and tech innovations, I help startups & companies to stand out. As UX and Visual Designer, I work to increase the level of attraction, connection, and loyalty with the consumers. How? Finding a good balance between useful, organic, and enjoyable successful experiences. I designed different customer journeys for big financial and insurance companies as well as startups and medium businesses. Although the game rule is almost always to make money, the challenge is to solve users' problems and answer users' needs. Lately, I was missioned to build a clients’ portal for the financial branch of PSA. Although the team listened to the client to build the product, I quickly realized that the contribution of the UX methodology will be not enough to meet the team’s ambitions. Treated in the silo, L'UX was not part of a user-centered ecosystem at the level of the company and its various trades. To guarantee the success of the product development and maintenance, I worked on the operational dimension of the project and the user-centered cultural dimension within the company. To finally embrace a 360 ° strategist focused on the customer experience; user experience and data collection and analysis.
