About Me

Expertise includes: • User Research: Understand user needs through various research methodologies. Develop insights to align business needs with the user needs. • Information Architecture & wireframes: Optimize user journeys, develop maps and construct wireframes enabling effortless navigation. • Prototyping: Creation of working prototypes which can be utilized for testing. • Usability Testing: Participate in all phases of usability testing and iterating the design based on results Effective participation in various design sprints (GV) and further developing the outcome concepts through the full development cycle. Pleasant and close collaboration with UX team, developers, product managers and other stakeholders. I energetically think on my feet to keep coming up with new ideas if old ones aren’t working; Flexible enough to know when something isn’t working and tactfully lobby for the best solution.
