About Me
Ashwini Solanki is a passionate User Experience Design professional working at the intersection of people, business & technology. He is Solving strategic and complex business problems with a lens of design thinking. Ashwini has more than a decade of experience in leading and managing digital product/project user experiences for domains like Manufacturing, IT, Travel, Telecom, Banking -Finance for their B2B, B2B2C & B2C consumers. He brings versatile design experience spanning across design strategy, UX Management, User Psychology, contextual research & interaction design. In his last organization, he has fostered research-driven, design-led development culture and led the design for digital transformation. He set-up the design studio in his last organization which is functioning as a “Synergia Studio”. He nurtured a scalable design system for the product in his last organization that helps reduce development and design time and increased consistency across all platforms. His focus areas are to establish empathy for user archetypes & stakeholders in the organization by devising coordinated research activities to envision & conceptualize digital experiences.
