About Me
I’m currently working as a Product & UX Researcher at BetterPlace where I drive all research activities in B2C across 3 pods (Jobs Marketplace, Social Community, Consumer Skilling) alongside building and systemizing design+research operations. I enjoy working at the intersection of Design, Data, Business & Technology and have deep interest in solving complex socio-technical problems. I believe good knowledge should be democratized and I feel immense joy when I'm able to help someone realise their full potential; this re-energises me and makes my life more meaningful and makes me more optimistic towards life-in-general. Like Mr. Jung used to say, "The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: If there is any reaction, both are transformed"
