About Me
I am a seasoned Industrial Designer, currently working with Intel Technologies, Bangalore, where I lead the Industrial Design and User Experience Research efforts within the Client Computing Group. I have been in the industry for over 17 years, starting my career with 2 different design consultancies in the country. After my stint with the consultancies, I graduated to working with corporate design studios like Kyocera Wireless(USA) and Titan Industries before joining Intel. I have a keen interest in understanding user needs and have extensively worked on design research across products and experiences. I have also worked in the New Business Division at Titan where I brought in the practice of design thinking and since then I have been an advocate for design thinking across various teams that I have worked with. I interact with design students and professionals on regular basis, mentoring them on their university projects, portfolio building, and general guidance on working in the design + tech industry.
