About Me
I love collaborating to design effective, useful and enjoyable digital experiences for brands that want to push the boundaries of digital communication. I have over 11 years industry experience helping design teams to communicate clarity and understanding in their work. My superpower is helping brands shine online by expressing their voice, personality, offering and value clearly across digital. I do this through eye-catching, engaging and memorable, people focussed design solutions. I’m currently Creative Director at UX & CX agency Each&Other where I spend my days helping an expert team of UX designers, researchers, strategists and technologists come up with simple and effective solutions to complex digital design problems. My specialism is in digital, user interface and visual design and I’m also really into design communities, inclusive leadership and internet culture. I run Glug Dublin, one of 40+ chapters in a global community of creativity and tech-themed events, serve as Chair of the 'Connections' Council for the IDI (Institute of Designers in Ireland), and I mentor designers via ADPList and the UX Design Institute‘s specialist Visual Design course.
