About Me
I started my journey as a software developer fresh out of my college campus and worked with a leading Indian industrial and consumer products group in the telecom and finance domain for 3 years. But life totally changed when I got a little exposure to design. Soon I realised, that design has the potential to make or break a business! The entrepreneur within me was ready to take the plunge and I joined the baby UX team within my organisation. Today, I am a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) professional having 9+ years of intensive experience in UX design and implementation. Most of my experience comes from the Healthcare domain and my expertise includes healthcare workflows for EMR/EHR, Patient/ Member Engagement applications, and Analytic dashboards for Medical & Non-Medical users to manage the quality of healthcare services being delivered and hospital utilisation. Currently, I am Manager, Product Design at ServiceNow handling enterprise application design and development.
