About Me
I launched and lead an advanced research and experience design team for the health insurance company BlueCross BlueShield (HCSC). Previously, I was a product designer at global design agency Huge, where I helped pioneer the future of McDonald's end-to-end, cross-channel, digital, and restaurant experience. I'm launching and leading an advanced research and design team for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, the largest for-profit managed health care company in the BCBS Association and 23rd on the Fortune 500. I joined Anthem from Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), where I was similarly recruited to launch and lead an advanced research and design team for the largest customer-owned health insurance company in the U.S. Before helping actualize and accelerate health care's institutional transformation from within through design, I led product design at global design agency Huge, where I pioneered the future of McDonald's end-to-end, cross-channel, digital and restaurant experiences.
