Amber is an accomplished user experience leader and public speaker, with a track record of building smart, ambitious digital experiences. Amber currently works at Google as a Sr. UX Designer & Manager. Leading product design efforts for Firebase stability products. I thrive in owning and solving ambiguous open-ended design solutions. From start-up strategy to large long-term design leadership. I build user-first product experiences, influencing teams of UXers and coordinating with cross-functional partners to tackle exceptionally challenging problems. Currently working at Google as a Staff. UX Lead & Manager. I lead product design efforts for Firebase operate products, working with a world class Firebase team of designers and engineers. With a mission to impact every app and every developer in the world. Prior to working on Firebase, I lead UX for a Google Area 120 start-up, Lead Notifications for Android System UI (Pixel), and served as lead UX on Assistant for Wear OS. When not leading design teams, I serve as a public speaker and mentor to startups and designers.
