Product Designer with Masters degree from National Institute of Design My experience as a B2B enterprise UX designer in various organisations from start ups to cross-culture global organisations brings a unique perspective to my work. My most recent product design experience has been leading the UX design effort and managing a design team in a high impact, product focussed environment at a global scale. With 8 + years of experience as a UX Designer I have worked in some great companies like Unacademy, Razorpay, Recko, PayPal to name a few. I believe that conviction and tenacity coupled with collaboration, craftsmanship and great communication are the qualities of a great leader. I provide intuitive solutions that support complex business processes through in-depth market research, partnering with cross-functional teams to design wireframes and test prototypes, and iterate experiences that impact customer engagement.
